What is the best collar to control wild dogs during walks and why?
my dogs pull and go wild when theys see another dog or cat or see a bird flying, what collar works best to stop the pulling and why?
and where can i purchase that collar?
I have a terrier mix and a german sheperd/rottweiler mix both around 2 years old

PLEASE don’t use a chain/choke collar! They’re cruel and my vet warned me against them, they cause damage to the dogs trachea. She also warned me against traditional harnesses. Harnesses allow the dog to pull easier. Plus, my vet told me stories of people pulling too hard and literally breaking their dog’s ribs.
What I suggest are the “gentle leader” products. Like your dog, my dog pulled and went crazy when bicycles or other dogs or anything passed near him. I personally use the gentle leader harness. Instead of pulling them from the front giving the dog the advantage, the leash hooks on to the front of the dog, at the ribs. When the dog tries to pull or walk more than two steps ahead, it makes their body turn and face you until you catch up. It’s really affective without causing injury to the dog. I purchased mine at PetSmart because they fitted my dog, but I’ve seen them at all of my local pet stores. Good luck!
